DM with stopping power

Recently Voka Oost-Vlaanderen, the network of companies, launched a direct mail action targeted to the Trends Gazelles 2011. Fast growing companies need specific expertise, which they often do not have in-house or which they are still acquiring. Voka can support them with export and internationalization advice and promoting talent. Plato, a guidance project based on the patronage principle where company managers share their expertise with colleagues from other SMEs, is also particularly interesting for this group. Voka found that some Trends Gazelles were lacking on their membership list and asked Comith to start a DM campaign.
Comith came up with a recognizable concept with the message: "Rushed over Voka? If you want to keep growing tomorrow, step on the brakes for a minute." We gave the campaign visual (a 'braking' gazelle) extra punch by printing the direct mail on paper of 1 meter long.
Of course, we personalized the DM and explained the benefits of a Voka membership meticulously. As a bonus the receivers could order their own gazelle poster to display at the entrance of their company. An image builder to customers and prospects - and soon a nice landmark for their new VOKA contact.
Comith was responsible for the DM from concept to fulfilment.
